Have you matched colors for any branded panels before?
Yes. We have successfully matched panels from brands including EGGER, Kronospan, Cleaf, Finsa, NOVOPAN, Furen, and Tiantan. For others, our advanced color-matching technology ensures over 95% accuracy. We recommend providing a physical sample for a precise match.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard Minimum Order Quantity is 5000 meters. We also understand that new customers may wish to start with trial orders, so we can offer flexible solutions based on specific products.
Can you customize colors according to our requirements? Can you print our logo?
Yes, we offer both color customization and logo printing services. You can provide your specific color samples or Pantone codes, and we will match them accurately. For logos, we support printing on our edge banding products according to your design and size requirements.
What is the tolerance range for your edge banding?
The standard tolerance for the thickness and width of our edge banding is within +/-0.03mm. This precision meets high industry standards and ensures secure adhesion to the board, resulting in a smooth and seamless finish. All products are manufactured under a strict quality control system to guarantee consistency across production batches.
What is your lead time?
A: Our standard lead times are as follows: Samples: Approximately 3 days. LCL (Less than Container Load) Shipments: Approximately 5-7 days. Full Container Load (FCL) Shipments: Approximately 15 days. Note: Lead times may vary depending on order specifics and customization requirements.
